The Position
ATAC has an opening for an Aviation Technical Project Manager. This is a full-time, senior position and is located in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will lead and participate in research, analysis, and program management support projects such as FAA SETIS/Systems Engineering 2025 (SE2025) and NASA Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) projects.
Responsibilities will include:
- Aviation system engineering including requirements development and validation.
- Management of future NAS concept development and related modeling and analysis research projects.
- Management of airport and airspace operational, safety, environmental, and business analysis studies.
- Management of prototype design, development, and implementation projects.
- Technical and management presentations and technical report writing.
- Development of project requirements, plans, work tasks, and deliverables in coordination with customers.
